Terms and conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These terms govern the use of the Evollin service.
1. Scope of the service
Evollin is a B2B software service that automates stages of the sales process on the enquiries the customer already receives: picking them up and qualifying them, running AI-assisted conversations, automatic follow-up and meeting booking.
The service is intended exclusively for professional use by companies and their representatives.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Access is granted through named accounts within your company workspace. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
You may ask us at any time to add or remove users from the workspace.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or circumventing the security measures of other systems.
Reselling, decompiling or reproducing the service without our written consent is not permitted.
We may suspend access where usage endangers the service, other users or legal compliance.
4. Limitations of AI and automation
AI-generated replies are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions or wording that does not fit the context.
The service is a sales assistance tool, not a guarantee of commercial results, and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
We recommend keeping human control over sensitive messages and using the approval mechanisms provided.
5. Customer responsibility for uploaded data
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the contact lists you upload or import, for the legal basis of processing, and for compliance with the rules applicable to commercial communication.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights over material uploaded to the Company Brain and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
You may instruct us at any time to delete data from your workspace.
6. Third-party integrations
The service can be connected to third-party services (for example email, calendar, data sources, automation workflows). Their use is subject to those providers' terms.
We are not responsible for the unavailability, modification or discontinuation of a third-party service, nor for limitations it imposes.
7. Pricing and payment
The service is contracted based on the agreed commercial offer: an initial implementation fee and a recurring subscription, according to the published plan or the offer sent to you.
Invoices are issued under the contract and payable by the stated due date. Applicable taxes are added as required by law.
Amounts paid for implementation cover configuration work performed and are generally non-refundable once implementation has started.
8. Intellectual property
Evollin, the software, the interface, configuration models and related materials remain our property or that of our licensors.
Your data, your company material and the content generated for your account remain yours. We grant you the right to use the service for the term of the contract, and you grant us a limited right to process your data strictly to deliver the service.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability, but the service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.
We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost business opportunities or lost data arising from use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Term and termination
The contract runs for the subscription term and may be terminated according to the conditions agreed in the offer.
On termination, platform access is deactivated and data is deleted or returned on request, within the period stated in the privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law. Disputes will be settled amicably where possible; otherwise by the competent courts at the service provider's registered seat.
Full identification details of the contracting entity are set out in the commercial offer and the signed contract.
