Data deletion

How to request deletion of your personal information and the data associated with your account or connected channels.
1. What you can request
You can ask us to delete your personal information, as well as the data we process for the channels connected to your account or workspace, such as conversations, messages, contact details and meeting records.
Deletion requests are handled manually by our team; we do not offer a self-service deletion tool.
2. How to submit a request
Email ionut@evollin.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Please identify the account or workspace concerned and describe which data you want deleted. If the request concerns data of a third party (for example, a contact in a workspace you do not control), explain your relationship to that data.
3. Verification
Before we can process a request, verification of your authorization to act for the account or the data concerned may be necessary. If so, we will ask you for additional information.
4. Retention
Some information may be retained where legally required, for example for accounting records or legal claims.
Connected providers (such as email, calendar or messaging services) may retain data under their own retention rules and settings; deleting data from Evollin does not automatically delete copies held by those providers.
